Although Peebles Hospital and other clinics on Tortola are fully equipped to handle basic emergencies, nearby San Juan is prepared for anything and is also home to our nearest hyperbaric chamber. Should the need arise, the BVI Medical Authority is on hand for such situations and will call for a medevac to transport you to the nearest and best possible care.
