We are proud to provide the very best marine services and facilities possible in what after all is one of the most popular sailing destinations in the world today. Nanny Cay has always been known as a well-protected marina, with beautiful surrounding hills and a relaxed feel about it.

Nanny Cay Marina one of the premier marine facilities in the Caribbean. Our fully equipped marina and boat repair facility has berths for 180 motor cruisers and yachts. We have two boat lifts of 50 and 70 tons capacity, the latter capable of lifting catamarans up to 33 feet wide.  Nanny Cay encompasses a charming 40-room hotel, two restaurants (the Genaker Cafe and Peg Leg Landing), a fully stocked chandlery; a small supermarket for your provisioning needs, delightful shops and boutiques, dive shop, water sports centre, WiFi and gym.


Nanny Cay HotelNanny Cay has a charming forty- room hotel nestled in a tropical oasis garden setting in the heart of Tortola's favorite marina. All hotel rooms feature air conditioning, direct-dial telephone, cable television, daily maid service and private balconies overlooking the picturesque marina or tropical gardens. A few of our rooms also feature kitchenettes and are available on request. An on-site laundry service is on hand, as are put-up beds for children and a baby-sitting service. We cater to families, sailors, business people and even honeymooners. To suit the different needs of our guests, we offer three types of accommodation. Our most basic of rooms is the Standard studio; which have two full sized beds. For a bit more room and bigger beds we offer the Deluxe studio, which has, two queen sized beds, a seating area and larger floor space. Lastly, our paramount room; the Deluxe Suite has a master bedroom with a king sized bed and separate living room, two bathrooms and two balconies which boast the best view overlooking the marina.


Marina and Boatyard Reservations Reservations can be made with the Marina office, subject to availability, by VHF, phone, fax, email and regular mail. Please call the Marina Dockmaster on VHF 16/68 just prior to your arrival so we can have staff ready to take your lines and assist with your arrival. The marina office is open from 8am to 6.30pm, 365 days a year. Clearing In and Immigration Visitors entering the BVI should proceed directly to a port of entry. Because space at jetties is limited, vessels are allowed to anchor in the harbour before making customs entry. The captain can deal with clearance procedures on behalf of the crew and passengers. Monday - Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm Saturday 8:30am to 12:30pm


Nanny Cay operates a full service boatyard providing the discerning boat owner with every possible service and facility necessary to keep their vessel in ship-shape condition.

Nanny Cay Presents 2010 BVI Spring Regatta

The BVI Spring Regatta is the one Caribbean Regatta that has some thing for everyone who attends. Whether you race, cruise, practice or just come to party, we have it all!

The weeklong BVI Spring Regatta & Sailing Festival takes you throughout the beautiful British Virgin Islands.

Monday, March 29 - Registration Tuesday, March 30 - The Bitter End Cup Wednesday, March 31 - Lay Day and the Nation’s Challenge Cup Thursday, April 1 - Nanny Cay Cup and Welcome Party Fri, Sat & Sun (April 2–4) - BVI Spring Regatta Party Central - Regatta Village The Village includes booths, bars and various food stations with all your local favorites to international cuisine.  The partying starts as soon as the racing stops and the entertainment includes live music every night, fashion shows and culminates in the awards ceremony on Sunday evening. Regatta Village Bar Hours 16.00 - Midnight Saturday 16.00 - Midnight Same schedule for the food booths. Music from 16.00 - midnight
